Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time

Overview

Nuaiy users can request account deletion and associated personal data removal at any time, either through the app settings or by emailing our support team.

We are committed to processing all deletion requests promptly and transparently.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  • Open the Nuaiy app
  • Go to Settings or Account
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm your choice when prompted

Option 2: Email Request

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to  support@nuaiy.com.

Include your registered email address in the message so we can identify and process your account correctly.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Account access will be immediately revoked
  • Associated personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe
  • Course progress and session history will be removed
  • We may retain minimal data (e.g., email and invite code mapping) for a limited period as a safeguard against accidental deletion

Data Retained After Deletion

We may retain certain data beyond deletion where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes. This is consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Deleted by Mistake?

If you initiated deletion by mistake, contact us immediately at  support@nuaiy.com before processing is completed.

We will do our best to restore your account if the deletion process has not yet been finalised.
